YOUR VACATION HOME
Enjoy the stunning, unobstructed panoramic view of the 1,034-hectare Wittensee from the new and comfortable ground-floor apartment “Seeperle.” It’s located in a vacation home built in 2020 on the edge of the large lakeside property, which is situated on an active farm with livestock, surrounded by nature and close to the Baltic Sea.
The small, quiet village of Klein Wittensee is centrally located between Rendsburg and Eckernförde, in the heart of the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. The tourist tax-free, refined, or natural Baltic Sea beach in Eckernförde is only 12 km away.
A well-stocked, small supermarket that carries everything you need for daily life, doctors, a pharmacy, and a highly recommended restaurant are all within 3 km. Right on Lake Wittensee, just 2 km away, is a charming seafood bistro.
Your vacation home has a special, cozy atmosphere and offers you relaxation and a sense of ease right on the lake.

LIVING ROOM:

Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can let your gaze wander directly across Wittensee from the cozy sofa—a view that changes constantly with the wind and weather.
The spacious, white dining set is positioned in the center of the room, allowing you an unobstructed view of the lake and the well-maintained garden from there as well. The morning, midday, and evening sun fill the room with light.
Satellite TV, a 55-inch LCD flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, games, books, and detailed informational materials provide plenty of entertainment.
The white furniture is designed in a modern Scandinavian style. The floor is laid with high-quality wood-look tiles. Underfloor heating throughout ensures pleasant warmth. Well-positioned light sources and elegant fabrics give the room a warm atmosphere. Electric roller shades and pleated blinds provide privacy and sun protection.

The well-designed and very well-equipped built-in kitchen is located within the large living area, fostering a cozy atmosphere for spending time together. From here, you can enjoy the view of the nearby lake and the spacious garden.
Featuring a ceramic cooktop, convection oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with an extra freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer, immersion blender with universal chopper, cookware set, and many practical kitchen gadgets, the kitchen is sure to delight the home cooks among you.
White bone china tableware, beautiful crystal glasses, and elegant silverware round out the high-quality amenities.
