You'll be just 30 minutes from Puy du Fou and can easily visit the surrounding cities: Angers is 45 minutes away, Saumur and Nantes are an hour away, and Cholet is only 20 minutes away.
[COTTAGE LAYOUT]
On the ground floor: a large 30m² living room with a television, a large, separate eat-in kitchen (fully equipped), a small bedroom (6.04m²) ideal for children with two bunk beds, and a laundry room with a washing machine. The wood-burning stove is not in use.
Upstairs: a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 190cm), a third bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 190cm), a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy a lovely wooded area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol. The shaded area is particularly welcome during hot weather. The terrace is private and connected to the H49G015821 - Camomille gîte.
