Location! Minutes from Elk Rapids, the whole group will enjoy this spacious cottage right on Elk Lake, sandy bottom beach, and large yard. Amazing views of the lake from the open floor plan. Overlooking the private space through the wall of oversized sliders. 1000 sq. foot deck with plenty of lounging and dining areas. Four bedrooms and full walkout basement with plenty of toys!
