KITCHEN & DINING
Make up your own tasty treats in the full kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave and toaster. Cookware, plates, cups, glasses, Pots, pans and cooking utensils/silverware are provided. A table in the dining area seats four. Outdoor seating is available to take in the ambiance of St. James Place and enjoy a great cup of joe or your favorite cocktail.
BEDROOM & BATH
The Villa sleeps four with one open and airy bedroom with a Queen-size bed (You may just have the BEST SLEEP of Your Life Here) and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room (extra pillows and linens provided). The main full bathroom is equipped with a deep-soaking tub and a rain shower combination. A half bath on the main floor is great for guests. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bubblebath are included.

Take in the fresh air, nature and seclusion with plenty of well-appointed green spaces around your personal retreat. The giant patio area includes access to the large pool AND...you are treated to outdoor lounge chairs for relaxing and sunbathing .
